What data we process and why

When you write to us through the contact form, we process your name, e-mail and message so we can reply and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps prior to a contract at your request, or our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.

How long

We don't store the message from the form in any database. It arrives to us as an e-mail and we keep it for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any related discussion. We also keep your e-mail address for 48 hours to limit the number of automatic replies to one address.

Processors

We run the website on infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Luxembourg), which hosts the site and delivers e-mails from the form (Amazon SES). Data is processed in the EU (Frankfurt region); when content is delivered via the CloudFront network it may also be transferred outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The form is protected against bots by Cloudflare, Inc.'s Turnstile service, which processes technical browser data and your IP address; data may be transferred to the USA under the standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to michal.kourik@starkys.software. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
